There are two different categories: Walk/Run and/or Swimming. From now until April 30th patrons will have the opportunity to track how many laps they swim and/or how many miles they walk/run.
We have created a google sheet linked here for those participating to fill out daily and we will keep track of everyone’s progress. Plus, you don’t want to miss our Switch it Up Tuesdays that will include a variety of different activities and weekly prizes.
Once the challenge is over, we will pick one duo from each category and receive an awesome prize!
20 minutes of weights, 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of core. Work to your ability, set a goal, challenge yourself.
